"The new management wants your money, and will do what ever they can to make a buck off your back. Their contract is neither fair nor equitable. They took advantage of my wife who doesn’t speak English well, and today sent her into a depressive episode. Do not trust these people under any circumstance. They are thieves that should be banned from owning property for their practices."

"Update: I'm updating this review to state the office finally took care of this problem. It took them about a week from when I created the review, and although their response was that "a team member would be reaching out", I never received word from them, which is fine. I don't need to speak to them on the phone again after calling in multiple times about it. All of that said, I'm disappointed that in order to get my problem properly addressed I needed to write them a public review instead of handling this internally through their maintenance system. Original Review: I've put in multiple requests to have somebody deal with the sounds I'm hearing underneath my bathtub. Multiple times pest control and has come out to tell me the complex has to fill entry ways into my building. There are very obvious HOLES in the foundation that lead underneath my apartment that have never been filled over the months since i made my first complaint."

"The new management that has taken over this complex in the last year has been abysmal. Zero communication, zero responsiveness, zero accountability. If you want maintenance requests addressed, you will have to go to the office in person multiple times. Whether the request relates to broken light fixtures or being without hot water for three weeks, you will have to go to the office in person to remind management repeatedly that you exist and should not have to boil water on the stove to make a bath for your child. If you need documents, go in person. When we moved out, I had to go to the office multiple times to learn the status of our deposit and get the inspection report. Three months after move out, countless requests, and we got nothing without going in person. No amount of calling or emailing makes a difference, and no one in the office cares."

"I have lived at this location for nearly 2 years and it has been great. Staff was always very helpful if I ever had any issues and maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. Quiet neighborhood with a lot of shops nearby. Highly recommend."
