"In all honesty. It's the hood. It's alot of hard working good hearted people that are for the most part friendly and do what they gotta do to do to make it. The apartment I have has been recently renovated and is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. Jeanette went out of her way to get me in a quick notice and I couldn't ask for better service. They have really cleaned the place up. A lot of bad reviews are from 2 or 3 years ago me and it has made an definite improvement. The rent is in line with other properties. Let's face it this is Austin Texas we're talking about. There is no cheap rent."

"Myself and my bank account are so happy I gave Galewood a chance. These reviews were a tad on the scary side but after touring the apartments and speaking with Kelsy and Jeannette I felt great about Galewood! I even talked to a resident in the parking lot and Frann let me know that the bad reviews are from past troublesome tenants that hated they got evicted when management took over and cleaned Galewood up! After a week in my new home I couldn't be happier! Thank you to Kelsy and Jeannette for making me know I was home!"

"I WAS going to move when my lease was up. However, thanks to Kelsey and Jenete things have definitely changed for the better. Cars that try and take us residents spots are being towed. The drug residents which are the ones leaving the bad reviews were told to move. I know becuz two of them on here were my neighbors. It is so nice to come home and relax. Thank you ladies for keeping your word and making it better! I WILL be staying here for another lease!"

"I'm not going to lie. When I read these reviews I was really nervous about Galewood. However, I'm a grad student and need reasonable rent. After meeting Kelcie and Jeannette, I was relieved. They were both very nice, professional, and gave top notch service. They were very honest about the problems the property has had and the steps that have and are being taken to make Galewood even better. I loved the apartment and loved loved loved the price. You will not find better management or a nice apartment at a perfect price anywhere else in Austin! I can't wait to move in this week!"
