"Very clean and safe apartment building. I love the dog wash station and park the most. The coffee in the lobby is great too. Tony in the leasing office, specifically, has been very helpful when problems arise. I have had a very good experience so far."

"Apartments themselves are poorly maintained. You see growing cracks on the walls that maintenance just paints over. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors and smell every time they smoke even though this apartment is "smoke free". They do "valet trash" but this isn't consistent at all and often the hallways will smell like rotting food. There is dog poop all over the property and even one of the front office employees allows their dog to poop in the area right in front of the doors to a building. The front office rarely answers their phones and doesn't respond to voice-mail. You have to keep calling to get any sort of response."

"I lived here for two years, the apartments were just under a year old. Our apartment was ok, it looked like a rushed job with paint streaks and cracks in the floor moldings. The trash is left outside each night for pickup however most tenants leave their nasty trash outside all day and sometimes do not put their trash cans in for a few days. A year after out first lease term was up, they had to re do the cement on all our windows because the rain and wind was getting in, causing 3 months of loud construction all day. When I moved out, I left the apartment spotless and clean. The apartments were sold to a new property management company and refused to give me my deposit back. They claimed there was a balance due however provided no proof or documentation to defend their claim. I would be cautious about living here, they will say anything to get you in but moving out is another story."

"Where should I start. I’m going start with Victoria! She is amazingly witty and has a great personality. I felt really welcomed before my move in date. She made the process stress free and kept me smiling along the way. Secondly, Tony is definitely a man of his word! I explained my dilemma about moving in and he coasted me through treacherous waters. He was able to approve my application a day before I moved out. These two are a great duo! Respectable, commendable, and trustworthy is my final thoughts of these two."

"From a tourist standpoint :) I toured here to check out local apartments in the area. (I’m getting ready to be an apartment locator.) The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment (1bd) that I toured was very clean, updated, and had lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. All the appliances are updated and there’s a stackable washer & dryer. The community is gated and each building requires a fob to get in. The gym has a cross fit style to it which I really loved. It was inside/outside which is pretty unique and cool. The 2bds were starting in the $2,000s when I went. Maintenance was on the premises and appeared very active and diligent. The outside and inside of the buildings were well kept and the parking lot was clean. They have elevators as well!"
