"I recently switched to this clinic and I must say I have visited with all 3 of my kids and they seem to have different nurse practitioners every time. One of them didn’t know what she was doing, sending my son to do lab work without fasting. On top of that I’m having do deal with their billing department not picking up or answering my voice message for a month and after calling them all day today. no communication at all. When you call to make appointments it’s just call center, so no in office communication."

"PROS: I adore Jacqueline Coffey and Sr. Chinwendu. They have a very sweet bedside manner and you can tell that they take pride in caring for children. They are very patient and are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have regarding my child's care. They have made every experience in the office one where I felt confident in the care my son was receiving. CONS: This office needs work in the communication department. There is literally no way to contact anyone if you are not in the office. You cannot even call and ask questions, and if you leave a message, no one returns your call. The online portal does not allow you to send messages either. I once spoke with someone at the front desk (before the calls were being routed to a call center) and the associate who answered told me I could not ask a question to the nurse because they "no longer do telemedicine". Since when is asking a question considered an appointment? Parents should be able to call and speak with someone if they have questions about their child whether it is regarding a potential injury or illness. It is so strange and inconvenient that you simply cannot speak to anyone at this office. If this office had a better messaging system, I would be happy to continue bringing my soon here, even though I now live almost an hour away. But since it is so hard to speak with someone, I am not going to continue his care here after this month. UPDATE: I voiced my concerns and a manager reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue. The next time I called, I was able to speak with someone and they were very helpful."

"Been going to AR TX PEDIATRICS since 2018 and they’ve never disappointed. took one of my kids in for a cough and they were able to attend her that same day. One of the ladies there , gissel , stood out to me because of her professionalism and efficiency. very specific on what to do. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a child to come here. i would also like to add that my baby’s NP, Ms Amanda , was really carrying and knowledgeable of what she was talking about. She’s the reason my baby girl felt so much better so big thank you to her."
