I love the amenities, like the pool and fitness center, which make life convenient and enjoyable. My apartment feels like a sanctuary, with modern features and beautiful views. But the best part is the sense of community here. The management team organizes events that bring us together, making it feel like home. Avery Oaks truly offers the best of Austin living, and I'm grateful to call it home."

"I've been living here for 2 years and have not had any issues. The office staff has always been helpful, maintenance has always come within a day to fix any maintenance request submitted. Management has changed a few times but that is pretty common in apartments and all the changes in management have been seamless. my experience here has been positive and the price point for the area is great!"

"Applied on 12/30 I didn’t receive any information until mid January. After turning in all my information along with my check stubs, when Yvonne finally contacted me she made the decision to say that I needed a guarantor in order to live there. Everyone falls short,& on hard times I would have been fine paying an extra deposit. But, to just make an executive decision and judge someone off their credit history… I believe it’s ridiculous. I understand it’s business and not personal. However ,if someone makes enough to afford rent why not give them some grace?She never talked to me she finally called back after more than two weeks passed ,& was calling from an unknown number! It does NOT show up Avery Oaks when she finally called! Didn’t leave a voicemail except ONE time, as if I’m supposed to know to call an unknown number back with all these SCAMS going on. It’s fine perhaps it just wasn’t meant to be the property is beauty though however after reading the reviews I’m glad it didn’t work out. I’m being real,& honest about my experience it was very frustrating due to the lack of communication from the office staff,& the property manager. No one EVER answers the phone I had to physically drive up there from out of town to get some answers."

"Do not rent here if you are disabled in any way!! I need help from time to time and one day my boyfriend came to drop of some groceries and the parking system said he couldn't park there because he had visited 14 days out of the month already. I ended up having to add him to the lease and put his car in the system (for a fee of course) and he STILL got towed! We had to go get his car in the middle of the night and spent $300 that wasn't refunded even after I spoke with management. I have since moved out and I suggest everyone does before your loved one's vehicles get abducted and held for random."

"Update 9/18: Residents received an issue stating that the pool has black algae and is closed. So when the manager was telling me months ago that the pool was clean, he clearly was incorrect. The pool has not been up to standard in over a month. For a couple weeks the pool was completely green, bugs floating, sand and algae everywhere. I emailed multiple times with no response until yesterday. I wrote a google review and that’s when the property manager, Mike Castro, decided to reach out. I went in person to discuss the issue. He was completely disrespectful, kept working while I was talking and did not care what I was saying. They have not been taking proper care of the pool. The maintenance team clearly hasn’t brushed it. If they would just take an hour or two to scrub the algae, it would make a huge difference. We all understand it is hot outside but for a pool to be nasty for weeks is disappointing. All residents pay rent and should be able to have luxury amenities. I would not recommend talking to Mike Castro because he is a very unpleasant person."
