But my experience was just awesome from my OB to the rest of the staff , nurses everyone was so caring I give this hospital 100000000/10 ♥️"

"I made an appointment on 12/22 with a doctor at texas children’s pavilion for women to establish prenatal care. I provided my insurance information, I completed all the necessary pre-check steps. My appointment was today 1/23 at 8:45 am, I receive a call at 8:21 am informing me that they in fact do not take my insurance and I would have to pay $499 for the ultrasound and doctors visit. I am not mad that they didn’t take my insurance, I am disappointed in the fact that they called me 25 minutes prior to my appointment while I was on my way to inform me of this fact. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I could have been scheduling an appointment somewhere else in the meantime if they had let me know prior to the day of. Now do I have not only not established prenatal care, but I took the day off of work for the two appointments. Their office is either very unorganized or something else is going on."

"Fantastic hospital. I had my child here almost 7 years ago and we went back for the vaccine clinic today. It was extremely well organized and a fun and positive experience for our family. My child is terrified of shots, but the way they organized it had them relaxed and happy when it was their turn. We had no tears and they were very proud of themselves for being so brave."

I was fortunate enough that she was able to deliver my baby and that is a great comfort when you are going through such an important moment in your life.
