"Landmark at Prescott Woods Apartment Homes Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent issues surrounding the laundry facilities in our community, which, despite numerous complaints and requests for repair over the past month, remain unresolved. The consistent malfunctioning of the laundry room not only causes significant inconvenience but also reflects a disregard for resident satisfaction and basic amenities expected in a residential community. The failure to address and rectify the situation has compelled us to make the difficult decision to terminate our lease. The lack of a reliable laundry service has significantly impacted our daily lives, making it increasingly difficult to continue residing in an environment that does not meet basic living standards. It is disheartening to observe that the Landmark at Prescott Woods Apartment management does not recognize the severity of this issue, which is not only a concern for us but has also become a widespread complaint among residents, leading to a noticeable trend of people moving out. This letter serves as a formal complaint regarding the inadequate maintenance and attention given to essential facilities, as well as a notice of our intention to vacate our apartment due to these unresolved issues. We had hoped for a more proactive approach from the management to maintain the community's standards and ensure resident satisfaction. We expect the management to take this feedback seriously and implement immediate actions to improve the facilities for the benefit of the remaining and future residents. We will be in touch to discuss the formalities related to the termination of our lease and expect a smooth and cooperative process in resolving this matter."
"Update: This apartment complex has been our home for going on one year.... we renewed our lease. We've been happy here. Once again I have to make a shout out to the maintenance team, they're great and make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. I also appreciate them always sending us updates whenever something is going on, and or just reminders that we need from time to time. Looking forward to our next year here! Carla was great throughout all our leasing process, she answered all the questions I had and in a timely manner. Its been great living here, there was a delay in our move on due to the freeze but she and the manager helped us due to the inconvenience and handled everything for us. Maintenance has been very timly and get things done for us fast. Thank you Carla and Maintenance team for your hard work in getting us into our new home and letting us enjoy our home ."
"This is an apartment that I’m currently living in. Me, my spouse and our newborn. This past Christmas photos, but we’re planning to be even more creative this year of 2023. We’ve been here for over three years. Well before our little baby girl came in the picture I’ve felt safe and comfortable here at landmark. No break-ins, two years through ice storms they’ve responded swiftly with what resources were available to them at that time. Naturally, and realistically. They’ve walked with me through hardships and financial troubles through Covid layoffs. Genuinely, this is a humble and amazing community. I love the maintenance team, they’re family."
"My car was ransacked earlier this week, my neighbors vehicles were actually broken into a few months ago (windows busted). So the same day this week, I emailed the office to inform them of these occurrences on the property and asked if it was possible a safety notice could go out for the rest of the residents, I also asked for a reply back. I did not receive a reply back. I left a voicemail. Nothing. So just to make sure someone was actually IN the office and receiving these messages, I sent a Lease Office Request through the resident portal, twice. Sure enough, it was read and closed all within 2 minutes. Both times. Be aware of your surroundings as always and lock your car doors but like I said, people have had their windows busted but no one would know that because there is no transparency as far as safety. Let’s all keep an out eye for each other, be safe!"
"Moved in yesterday and I wasn’t very happy at all with my unit. These are my actual pictures the day I got my keys. There was mold and rust almost everywhere. Also a nasty rusty leak behind the toilet. It was like maintenance had never even walked into that apartment after it was vacant. My oven vent doesn’t even work. Even beehives outside the patio. I have a 6 year old daughter, ain’t no way we are living with mold. The blinds were also already broken and taped. Door was all cracked and patched up. Screen door was also broken and bent. On the bright side it is very quiet. At least the building where I’m at. Other than that, I haven’t checked out the laundry facility, gym, or pool. I just hope they aren’t as bad."
