Unfortunately, I did not end up leasing here due to unrelated circumstances but the staff went above and beyond and even in the short time I was there made me feel like my questions were important and that I would actually be valued as a resident. I’m a busy guy and don’t have a lot of time to research specifics on apartments, so this makes the process even more painful. However, after visiting The Perch, Alexis was able to help me out tremendously. She listened to what I needed and did all the research for me and found my perfect floor plan. "This apartment seems beautiful when you look at the leasing office and community building/cafe at the front, but it is all a facade. Behind the first glance, is a miserable experience if you end up choosing to live here. The building insulation is horrible, constant noise and disturbances from the people up above, the front door is ALWAYS being slammed which rattles the entire building, the front walkway leading to the entryway has a continuous odor from people letting there dogs go the bathroom right by the front door, and there has even been dog droppings smeared on the stairwell. Also they need a better maintenance situation since the dog trash bins have been completely filled with bags and even overflowed where the doggie bags (which are filled with you know what) are spilling all over the ground for weeks straight. People leave trash bags crowded by their front doors, walk their dogs off leash, leave their dogs barking inside their apartments all day. The community itself is not what it seems to be and I feel for anyone who just started a lease here."
