Oh and god for bid you do your laundry it took me months to get a working dryer after 4 months and 20 maintenance requests later and calling their corporate office I finally got a working dryer"

"This was a nice place to live with the OLD management company, BUT since new management took over they are HORRIBLE, can you image during the winter storm they never sent or responded to one email or text to the tenants, I had no heat for over a week and could not get anyone to acknowledge anything! The average temp in my apartment was 50 degrees for a week, I have contacted Churchill corporate office multiple times left messages, I have left messages multiple times with the on site management still NO ONE has followed up! The ONLY employee who has done an excellent job was the head of maintenance Michael who also worked for the previous management company! UPDATE: The new onsite manager is condescending and incompetent, she needs a new profession or severe re-training"

"If you never encounter any issues or problems that need resolution, you're going to like this place. But if there is a problem to solve, you'll quickly be reminded of why apartment management teams are notoriously unhelpful. How an apartment management team handles issues is what determines your overall experience. Residents are replaceable - There's no effort to do the right thing and no incentive to keep residents happy. Residents don't want our feelings validated, we don't need to hear agreement that the circumstance is frustrating.... we need management to solve problems. I had loved this apartment, this community, and this area. I was sure I'd resign my lease, but now I am reconsidering. This complex does not have adequate parking to accommodate residents (and guests). End of story. Daily, if I am not parked by evening, I have to circle the entire complex searching for a spot. I have to get lucky, hoping someone will leave. This is especially frustrating if you have to carry groceries. I can't imagine walking a child from end of the complex to the other. The overflow parking is limited and fills daily. DAILY. Even the parking spaces outside the gate at the office fill up. In the lease, it states you are not guaranteed a parking space. And then what do you do, when there isn't a single spot available? You can live here, but you can't always park here."

"(Note: I was the very first tenant in my apt. It had just finished construction) I lived in a second story apt and had a private carport l. I had lived at two apartment complexes prior to living at Park. I really enjoyed my time at Park at Estancia, there were definitely more positives than negatives. I will state the pros before the cons. Maitinace is fantastic, I had absolutely no issues or call backs. The amenities always work and we’re built high quality. The apartments are located in a great spot and the format of the complex works great. I only have two negatives- there is absolutely abismal parking if you or guests show up after 4:30 and the landscaping is pretty poor, it’s just grass and dirt and when it rains the dirt gets washed all over the sidewalks and parking lots Location-8/10 The location is great, there is direct access to the highway and yet there are still low key back ways to get where ever you need to go. At time the highway can be loud but other than that it’s in a great spot. Build Quality-9/10 The apartments were very well built and the appliances are up to date. Everything from the doors, windows and locks were updated and high quality. However there were times that my u/s neighbor was crazy loud when they had guests over. Management-8/10 The management almost always answers the phone, they take care of the requests and they are very knowledgeable about the entire complex. Maintenance is fantastic and every single person that works at this complex is extremely nice. The only thing I have to complain about is, noise complaints are ignored as just “normal apartment living”. This was extremely aggravating."

"WOW! I was blown away for one by the apartment viewing process and the great amenities available. The entire complex is neat and clean and quiet with a beautiful view! Adrianna has been an amazing person helping us with any questions or concerns. We are happy to call this place home and cannot wait to move in! I would highly recommend this apartment complex and it doesn't even feel like an apartment feels like home. The huge bonus for me is that there is a backroad that can get you to Old San Antonio road so you practically can avoid the frontage road. Also I loved that they have a YouTube Channel to find online floor plans and great amenities to view along with the rules. ((( UPDATE AFTER MOVE IN BELOW ))) I am loving everything about this place I call home now. The apartment we moved into was perfect and clean, the appliances that are in the apartment are very well up to date and work amazing! The noise level is great I don't hear my neighbors which usually people judge on that and I've had zero issues the past nights over the weekend. The parking is great I've had no issues finding parking there is Always a spot to park in. 10/10 would recommend this place! The front staff are always available for any questions or concerns as well. My favorite thing about this place has been the sunsets its such a prime location for this.
