"I moved to Saddle Creek in August of 2023. I've not lived in an apartment in over 25 years. I was timid about the process and what to expect. Issac in the leasing office was AMAZING and helped me get a wonderful place that I enjoy. The square footage is amazing and all the neighbors have been awesome. Me and my 13 year old doggy just love it here!"

"We picked this apartment complex over others due to location, amenities, pictures online, fun events, and responsiveness of the office staff. We moved from out of state so didn’t have the luxury of touring the apartment first. The red flags were apparent immediately-as our move in date was repeatedly changed (including the day before when our uhaul was already packed.) We moved into a cockroach infestation that has never fully cleared up. The apartment was hastily prepared for us so the paint is sloppy and even our rarely used spare bathtub has paint peeling inside of it. Luckily Maintenance is quick to respond, generally by next day, as our heater/ac has malfunctioned four times already. The front gate has remained operational for awhile now, which is nice, because it was broken and left open overnight a lot this past summer/fall and we would receive emails about vandalism. The office used to constantly send emails about trash being left outside and dog waste, but those are less nowadays. Despite some improvements, we are grateful to not have signed a full year lease. I could’ve dealt with all of the above, walked away mildly annoyed, and definitely would not have taken the time to write a bad review; however, sleep and peace and quiet have been virtually nonexistent for us. We have loud neighbors and the apartments do not block noise well. The office staff initially appeared helpful/concerned but my last email went unanswered and I am tired of being gaslighted and treated like we’re the problem. Silly me for wanting to be able to sleep and relax in my own home. We tried to resolve it on our own but were advised against that, so we feel helpless. We were told we can break our lease or switch units, all for additional fees. As spending money on fees greater than our rent isn’t a feasible option, we have continued to suffer and count the days till move out. In since deleted reviews, I have seen many people mention additional, excessive, and fraudulent fees upon move out so making sure everything is in order in case that in the next issue to deal with. Hopefully that doesn’t occur and we can soon forget this whole experience ever happened."

"I am in love with my new apartment. The amenities are everything you could ask for in an apartment complex. Literally everyone is extremely nice. The gym is spectacular. I actually canceled my membership at planet fitness because the gym at the apartment fulfill my workout needs. The staff is nice & easy to talk to. absolutely love it here!! If a bug free, clean environment & friendly community is something your interested in this is the place to be."
