"Haywood, I would like to give you a couple shoutouts! First would be management, and the next is the leasing agent Darcy Gutierrez!! She did absolute amazing job with the my tour! I showed my client everything new in south Austin. After 3 days of touring he submitted an application! I asked him why the Haywood and his response was he loved how throw, and quick, knowledge about property and Darcy was! Organize was everything to him and Darcy reflects that! Also as a locator she made my job so easy! Great Hire Haywood! Darcy for Leasing agent of the MONTH!"

"BEWARE OF PAT!!! Pat will come off as super sweet and helpful but it’s all for a check. All she wants you to do is sign a lease so that she gets a commission. And YES I understand that it is her job but her job is not manipulate and lie to you so that you’ll sign a lease!!! After applying we heard numerous negative things about the Haywood so we immediately asked what we could do because we didn’t want to apply anymore. Pat told us that it was no problem and all we needed to do was send an email stating that we are cancelling and that we would receive a refund in the mail. After I sent the email I got a message stating that because I was canceling I would NOT get a refund which made no sense. She stated in the email that the only way to get a refund is if we were denied. I asked her to go forward with the application and never heard back. Days later I call and Pats true colors came out. Pat could not keep a straight story, said she never said what she literally said in the email, and was saying that now there’s no way to get a refund back at all. The entire phone call she was trying to manipulate us and was super confusing. Your best interest is NOT in her mind. After calling her out or saying that your not signing a lease her entire attitude will change and you will no longer be treated with any type of respect. Please don’t be fooled by all of the five star reviews. This place is a complete scam all they want is your money."

"Moving in to The Haywood was a very pleasant experience. They are so accommodating and kind. Emily was so nice and helped us out a bunch over the course of our time here. Pat is a phenomenal manager and has been working non stop to bring new amenities and activities to the apartment complex. The atmosphere at this complex overall is great!"
