"The one thing I hope to accomplish by leaving a review is to deter anyone from renting here. I have been renting for over 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. If you are looking for a quiet, stress-free living environment, this is not the place for you. Starting with the complex itself, the following happened during my lease term: - Armed robbery on multiple occasions - US Marshall raid of an apartment - Multiple stolen vehicles - Multiple cars broken into (including my own) - Frequently stolen packages around the complex - Homeless people in and out of the complex - I didn't have a mailbox for the first 4 months with zero communication about this from the front office until I asked about it. - Broken mailboxes/stolen mail for weeks at a time - Pools were closed multiple weeks during the summer - Incredibly unstable internet Aside from the issues around the complex itself, the management/front staff here is terrible. I dealt with extremely difficult and loud neighbors for 8 months. I had several conversations with the front office staff and the manager and found that they hadn't been tracking any of the communication or taking the necessary steps they had said they were taking. In addition to simply not doing their jobs, they were condescending and often talked down to residents. The front office is a revolving door of people who don't stick around long enough to understand the issues of residents. I was a good resident - I paid my rent on time, I was respectful of my neighbors, I took care of my apartment, and picked up after my dog, only to be met with hostility and an utter lack of care. They are continuing to lose good residents and the place is turning into a dump. I am thrilled be gone and would warn anyone else against moving here. Additionally, if/when the staff decides to respond to this review, I would highly recommend they do not. You had months to make this right with me and it is too late for a scripted response to save your ratings."

"Unfortunately we already found a place. One of our "musts" was having a place where we could choose our own electricity provider, and we could not do that here since the area was not deregulated yet. The property itself was really beautiful when we went though. Also, Jonathan Underwood was an awesome Leasing Consultant! Went above and beyond, showed us vacant units in the two different finishes the property had to offer, his follow up was great, had a good attitude, didn't try to sell us on anything. Wish more places had leasing consultants like that."
"I’m about to renew my lease for the second time because this place is just that great. Put in a maintenance request late last night (11pm) and they were under my sink to repair a very small leak early the following morning. They even fixed the loose sink nobs I haven’t gotten around to. 5 star maintenance and staff, thank you Camden!!"

From the very beginning she was nothing but sweet and helpful and she has exhibited this behavior consistently throughout the year I’ve been at Camden. As a single mom this level of thoughtful customer service makes my life so much easier. The main reason I made the choice to renew my lease was because of the stellar customer service I’ve received from the whole team, but Maggie in particular.
