"Went to visit a friend and from afar the apartments look beautiful but once you walk through the hallways there's a bad smell from all the trash left out of people's doors. Management needs to take care of this before all those mice and critters start going into the apartments. Plus it's a health issue!"

"The first 6 months of my stay here was good. I was optimistic it would stay this way. However, before I moved here, someone warned me about water sprinkler pipes that burst here. I thought, it won’t happen to me. Not only did the water sprinkler pipe burst after a freeze, dislocating me from my room, but this apartment FAILED me and decided to put water back in the broken pipes which completely flooded my room a SECOND time. It was their fault and I thought they would make it right. I’m a reasonable person, I’ve given them every opportunity to compensate me and make this right, but no. They refuse to do so and I’ve had to get my legal team involved. I’ve been dislocated from my bedroom for over a month now. The lack of communication, failure to take responsibility and make things right, is flabbergasting to say the least. Please think twice before you move here. Eddie Washington and Rachel Broadway are accountable. If they make things right, I will update this post."

"I just toured here yesterday, it was great! Eddie was so nice and helpful, he answered all questions honestly and really showed us around. Everything was clean and well kept, beautiful location for apartments and so close to lots of food and some shopping. Loved it, loved Eddie, will definitely consider this complex when I move soon."

"My experience with the Anthem management has been great! Lou and Tre have been so helpful and welcoming and everyone i have met has been bery friendly. They explained everything in detail and gave me a welcome packet with everything i needed to know. The apartment was in perfect move in condition and the property is very clean and maintained. "I lived here for appromimately 2 years and 5 months. It started out great but gradually deteriorated. I became sick with respiratory, ear, eye and throat infections, and asthma. I asked the Greystar management staff to please test my apt. for mold but they told me I had to pay for the testing then I heard about other residents getting sick in Bldg. 9 and I knew they were not about to do anything about it. Drawers fell off their glides, the carpet was never installed properly, trash was everywhere, some residents left their leaky garbage outside of their front doors, trash and discarded furniture overflowed out of the dumpsters, some residents allowed their dogs to poop and pee wherever and did not clean up after them. Complaints were never addressed. I even saw a dead cat in the shrubs, dead rats and birds in the green area under my walkway. This place is disgusting and management does very little. I had a letter from Dr. Lewis regarding my health and confirming that it was my home environment making me ill….they could have cared less! They gave me few options to exit my lease but my health was not one of them. I had to pay a $4600 fee to exit my lease (is this even legal?) …I couldn’t write that check fast enough! I moved and have not been sick once! Now Anthem has sent me an invoice for $395 for trash, cleaning and other things I disagree with….seriously?! I have much more to say about this but will post more on Yelp and other sites."
