"I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel as though this fact should be known, as it would’ve kept me from leasing here had I known about it. The apartments, staff, and facilities are all wonderful. The only MAJOR issue is that they severely limit the hot water available for 1BD units. In the 20+ years I’ve rented apts, I’ve never experienced this at any apartment I’ve lived in. You will not be able to take a bath - the hot water runs out not even at half full and you’ll have to literally boil multiple tea pots of water to add in (this is fact, not exaggeration). If you like taking longer showers, that’s not going to happen either as the hot water runs out after 12-13 mins max. This I could get used to, but not being able to take baths is wild. All of this was brought to management and they’ve said there’s nothing that can be done due to the type of water heater used for 1BD units. If you don’t care about taking baths or longer showers, then this place is terrific. But if you do, you’ll be shocked and very disappointed."
