"I lived at this complex for about four years; prior to the change in Property Management Company, the complex was fantastically operated, maintained, and friendly office staff. Trash pick-up became a problem after MEB let the valet service go who was originally there. MEB is so cheap and greedy they're purposefully paying for a poor service provider after years of complaints from all around the complex. Great spot though. Layout was great. Pool when it was maintained was great. Gym before the water bubble in the ceiling burst was great. There was a public fountain but they refused to make it operational again. Pool cleanliness wasn't that great, again, MEB is cutting corners."

"Management here is the best I’ve dealt with in my 12 years of renting an apartment. Very attentive and have solved every issue I’ve brought to them promptly. The apartments are nice and upgraded and in a great location. Couldn’t recommend this complex enough!"

"Doorstep trash pickup at the apartments is sporadic. Trash pickup at the dumpster is unreliable. Look at the pics/video, trash is piled up high over fifty feet down the sidewalk. It's the first thing you see when you drive in! There is often overflowing dog poo trash cans as well. The gates are ALWAYS open. There is no security here."

"SCAM ALERT! Lived here for 5 years and they never completed one maintenance request. Gate never worked in 5 years. Front office never responded to emails or phone calls. Office always closed or sign on door, they makeup their own hours. Been bought out multiple times and each time service was worse. Wish I could report these thieves to the police. Scam you for damage charges that are normal wear and tear and from previous tenants. Multiple reviews just like mine keep reading and stay far away from here."
