"As a long-term resident, I'm very happy living here. Sure, there are things that break or aren't perfect. Every apartment complex has problems, but that doesn't mean it isn't a nice place. The staff have always been easily reachable, and the head maintenance man takes care of any issues that come up in my apt in a timely manner. Overall, it's been a piece of mind & comfort to live in this community all these years!"

"I feel that it is my duty to warn people about this place. Management is totally clueless. They accidentally gave someone a 12 month lease for my apartment while I was still living in it. Not kidding. I saw they'd sent me a 60-day move out confirmation and called the office to ask what it was about, and it was clear they knew they'd messed up big time and would have to let the other person know the apartment wasn't actually available. I checked the laws and if I hadn't acted, I'd be legally required to vacate. Nice. They have a predatory scheme with a towing company where they will tow your car if inspection is expired. My neighbor got towed and tried to warn other residents about it on the community forum, but their post was never approved, so management could continue profiting off the residents. The old buildings are pretty much falling apart. When I moved in, there were several things that were already broken that took weeks to fix. My unit (P3102) would flood every time it rained hard. They came to 'fix' my ceiling twice but it was clear that there was really no fixing these old buildings, so it was best to just move out. Also the dehumidifier they gave me after the floods did almost nothing. I moved out without causing any damage to my apartment, but got back only $150 from my deposit (deposit was $1800). I guess they either pocket the money or use it to make repairs on these old, dilapidated buildings. I would not recommend Paseo Bee Cave to a friend. Edited after owner's response: Correct, I sent the office a 60-day notice via email two months before the end of my lease. I am not referring to that. I'm referring to my the notice I received out of the blue telling me that I needed to vacate in 60 days because my apartment had erroneously been leased to someone else accidentally."

"This is the worst place I've lived by far. There is garbage everywhere almost every day, garbage bags, animal waste, loose trash, people smoking, is horrible. Noisy is neighbors also a constant issue. The management is the most incompetent that I had to deal with. I escalated the problems to HQ but they don't care either. They are taking immigrants and place whole families in single units, they gather garbage by the hour, and making a mess the whole place. They don't respect the rules and management doesn't do anything about it. The whole situation is very shady. I'm just waiting the end of my lease to get the hell out of this pig sty. And on top of all of this is not a cheap place and you need to give them 60 days notice in advance if you don't want to renew the lease. BTW don't believe the 5 star fake reviews. Check out Yelp for more honest reviews. Google took down my previous review reporting the same thing, apparently the condo is paying Google to take down bad reviews and make up good ones."
