"You'll find trash blowing around on the grounds, tons of dog poop & fleas in the grass area. If you need something fixed it takes months for a repair. The manager does not care if you're experiencing bug issues or if an appliance won't work. My lease is up in May, thank goodness!"

"We received a very vague notice to have the balcony cleaned off and now many residents have received a lease violation for disrupting business operations?? Tara is the most rude and unprofessional apartment manager I have ever encountered. If the owners read these reviews please help us. We really just wanted more information about what’s wrong with the construction on the balcony that it needs to be fixed since the complex is less than 6 years old. I was going to renew my lease but not after the way Tara talked to me today."

"Apartments look nice, they were built in 2019!! Great place right, WRONG!!!!! 6/23/23 I have a major electrical issue going on but not quite sure what. I demanded they have an electrician come out, he finds an outlet not grounded properly. 7/5/23 (less than 2 weeks later)I have another electric issue going on in same area and demand an emergency electrician come out since it’s 8:31 pm at night. He immediately notices a separate outlet actually that caught fire!!! I ask management what were they going to do to insure the safety of my children, myself, and every resident surrounding my unit. It was stated in email format that they have followed there procedures not only that but the Owner and Regional AGREES with the response!!!!!!!! I wasn’t going to stop there knowing that’s the worst answer I could ever had heard of in my life!! Might I add how the heck did the electrician know at this point I’m dealing with a hornets nest that keeps getting Worst! So I get code enforcement involved, and a few others. A fire inspector comes out and finds a third issue wrong with this same area!! Seriously!!!! If you live here do your own research and get your apartment checked for any and all electrical issues because each apartment renter has to individually allow officials to come in on their own free will. *****If you don’t live here you may want to think twice especially if you’re going to be paying market value rent like I myself pay for my unit!! Save you life and your loved ones life!!! Had I not demanded the 2nd emergency call my outlet would’ve continued sparking through out the night and the breaker would never had stopped the electricity going to it!! My unit is on ground level there’s 2 units sitting above me that would’ve struck fire just as quickly as mine!!!!"

"Cons: Moving in last year, there was a stench/ stains from pet urine on some of the carpet. I had to remove them myself. A lot of people dump bed frames and mattresses into the dumpster, filling it up very fast. Also the playground area is very small. The pool is closed for most of the year. Also the management has switched twice since Ive been here which makes bringing up concerns or visiting the office very inconvenient at times. Pros: The apartments are actually kind of nice and come with a refrigerator (with freezer and Ice Maker), a stove and a dishwasher. Not too many options for storage, but there is an outdoor closet on the balcony. The new manager is very kind and seems to be more available than previous managers. All in all its not great, but its not bad either. I lived in a lot worse places/apartments. They can improve on most of these things."
