"One of the worst managements in the area. Property is nice, and pool is nice. However the management has gone down hill. They are nice to you, till you lease. The community director there a year ago, was fantastic, always responded and was there to solve issues. Now they don’t respond to emails or requests. We pay for gated community, and the gates were not functioning for nearly a year and finally they are working. We had multiple vandalism incidents with damaged cars. I had $700 worth of stuff stolen in packages. The only positive I have is maintenance, they respond fairly quickly."

"I really enjoyed my time living here. When I first moved in, it was under the old management, which was nice but not very efficient. I had complained about some things when I moved in that either never fixed or took over a month to replace. When the new management took over, I was worried about the policies they were enacting, but they were so friendly and kind to correct the issues, I didn’t even mind. Four stars since the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in and I find the towing register procedure a bit much, but I really loved this place, and if you don’t mind being a little farther from Austin, this place is great!!"

"If you are thinking of getting an apartment here, please DO NOT! Don’t let them fool you! I wish I could rate them 0 STARS because that is what they deserve it. My husband and I moved here almost an year ago, and it has been a nightmare so far. I have pictures, videos and complaints emails made to the office to prove what I am saying. Let’s start with the fact that they changed management and stuff a couple of times and their service is very inconsistent. They also don’t care if the neighbors leave trash outside of their doors for days. All the buildings and elevator smell like trash. There are bugs everywhere. The new management is awful. The manager assistant was very sarcastic and impolite when we brought problems in our building to her attention. Also, forget about maintenance, they do not show up when you call for a service , if they do, they do not solve the problem. The whole staff that works here is very unpleasant to deal with. A couple of weeks ago the assistant manager said this is a big complex apartment and problems similar to the ones we brought to her attention were NORMAL. She basically laugh at us. Very unprofessional. She thinks we do not know how a complex apartment is supposed to be maintain by the management. She treated us like we were ignorant. Their whole staff is very discriminatory. We should take them to court for not providing the services they promised us on the lease contract. For example, the gate was fixed last week, and we have been here for 10 months already.
