"Came in so I could get a tour for the apartments with my children and the blonde girl with a lot of makeup was in the lobby twerking and being completely unprofessional! I’ll never go back to this property again. Disgusting and unacceptable. Y’all need to get better management at that place! Completely trashy! I also called corporate about this and absolutely nothing was done."

"They’re taking advantage of my older mother who stays there, they claim she never signed the lease so she resigned then they kept saying she didn’t sign anything so they continued to charge extra monthly but we have documents showing that she did sign and submit it. Office lady suggested she just find another place to live! After she put in her 60 day notice they towed her registered car after not giving her a sticker because they were out. Do not rent here they discriminate! We are seeking a lawyer currently"

"This place is absolutely disgusting. The front office is unprofessional and immature. Maintenance enters by stalking your place to be sure you are gone. Than they don't address the issues yet said work orders are completed! My home is infested with roaches and fleas! The tub doesn't drain! I am a current resident! I have contacted several housing authorities about the lack if up keep. The police has been contacted because things are tampered with in my home when I am not here. I definitely plan to not be here much longer."

"I’ve lived in multiple complexes in the Galveston county area and I can honestly say that Hollister is definitely the best place to settle. The atmosphere here is very quiet everyone stays to them self but are still very friendly and respectful. The housing and amenities are very nice and clean. I didn’t have to complain about anything that was patched up or slapped together, everything is in 100% quality. The management is by far the most caring and professional people I’ve ever encountered. Ms.Nicole was so amazing helping me get started. I’m definitely not the sharpest tool lol but she made everything more simple and understanding. Looking forward to what else is to come at Hollister, I’m sure it’ll be nothing less than Great."

"My experience here has been great so far, my apartment is beautiful and so cozy! It felt like home instantly! Sabrina has been amazing with my family’s move here she truly cares for the residents and all of our concerns. If a problem arises she makes sure your heard and gets to it!"
