"Nice and quiet. Gets a bit rowdy on the weekends behind us outside the fence but that's not the rv parks fault. Well kept and everyone is Friendly and courteous. Much better THAN ANY OTHER PARK IN THE AREA. I know this from personal experience. Seriously look no further."

"First time I genuinely had a issue here and Erika and Sherrie handled it amazingly and accordingly they worked with me to figure out a solution the place has its downside but the front office definitely makes up for it, y’all didn’t have to work and help with my situation and you did so least I can do is leave a honest review thank you very much, and I commend ALL of the women I have talked to in that office."

"In the first week, they raised the rent (January). Charged a $49 monthly resort fee on top of that, which I was told was a 1 time fee. Said it was for lawn service, pool, and lake and pier maintenance. In the first 5 weeks, no mowing and pool closed. Lake is full of garbage that could be cleaned. So what was that 78 sites x $49 = $3822 used for? Weekly resort fee is only $5. Weird math. I was there 3 months, and they mowed only 3 times and never cleaned the lake, and the pool finally fixed last week I was there. Grass was always a foot tall b4 they mowed. Security gate was also broken for the first month. Also, they text you your bill and expect to be paid that day, or they charge $25 daily late fee even if office hours are short and closed on Sundays. They also charge a 3.5% if you pay by CC. Lots of us worked 7 to 7. I had a Mobil repair come to fix something on my RV. The park charged them $50 to come on property. Which they charged back to me plus their fee. No dog park. Dumpster always overflowing on to ground. I usually stay at one of their newer different locations and never had any of those fees or issues, but it was full. Some of the staff were nice, but others were horrible. I told them I'd pay in cash, and they ran my card anyway. It seems as though the owners of the chain have gotten greedy and do not use the money for what they claim its for. I did receive my electric deposit back. Will not stay there again."

"Never stay here no matter what or any of the USA rv resorts. They will rip you off charge you extra fees late fees and will not even call to tell you payment is due just keep adding it onto you bill. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They only care about getting as much money from you as possible. The most crooked business I’ve ever had to deal with. I had an unexpected situation come up had to leave 5 days into a new month the already charged me $150 in late fees on and would not refund me one dime. Stole around $1000 dollars in all from me. I would sleep in a gutter before staying here again. Sincerely just one of the customers you have ripped off"
