"The upgraded apartments are affordable and clean. I’m very happy with it. I love the new countertops in the kitchen. Overall my family has enjoyed it here, no place is perfect but as long as management is trying and stays willing to address any issues that’s all I can ask for."

"They have affordable 2 bedroom apartments and the complex is quiet, clean and peaceful. The manager, Vivian, is always so sweet and helpful tool! Very happy with Baywood."

"I lived and worked there. I have countless picture of every Buliding with roaches and Vivian now wanting to fix anything at all. I have countless picture of mold all in the vents and bathrooms and a lot in the living rooms. It’ll take her 3 months to fix a leak in the roof like she did in Buliding 2. The roof is in piece and she doesn’t want to replace it. If I can give them a zero I would. And on top of that the manager Vivian discriminates against people and makes it hard for people of color to get an apartment. She’ll ask 3 Times the deposit but will let a white junky move in for a very low deposit. The apartment are old and falling apart in the inside and she don’t replace anything unless you threaten her to call haa. She cheap and rude and waves everyone off to no talk to them at all. Some apartment buildings even have bed bugs but she won’t tell you any of that. Police get called out there everyday for something different. Is the worst place to live and work. I know from experience. And if you break something in your unit she’ll try to blame you and make you pay for anything and everything. Don’t move out a leave the stove with any kind of dirt and she’ll charge you $150 to clean the stove. I can go on about that property everyday."

"DO NOT RENT FROM BUILDING 1 YOU CAN HEAR CARS ALL DAY LONG NOT PEACEFUL OR QUIET If I could give 0 stars.... I would, this apartment complex has a foundation problem. Every door in the apartment cannot open properly. So many baby roaches and little insects that crawl around. And to top it off, the front office lied about the pool being available all year. It's only available during the summer. Basically for the kids when they're out of school. Last I checked, children don't pay for rent. Unless you live off of the system collecting welfare. They always have the pool locked when they feel like it. And the pool is so cloudy it's disgusting. Save your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'd rather live by a spring than this place, oh and the cars passing through 2351 NEVER STOP. No such thing as peace and quiet here."

"I’ve lived here 2.5 years and I have enjoyed my stay. The office staff are great. Yeni is super nice and helpful, and she made sure to send maintenance to fix some issues I had a while back. Brandon and Alberto are good at getting the work orders done. It is very quiet here, surprisingly, since Clear Brook High School is close by. I feel very safe here."
