"the maintenance is sooo sorry in the apartments and the ladies in the office will hang up in your face when in need of a emergency BUT mr antonia and luis are GREAT i really appreciate them for coming it was blowing out hot air the whole time the thermostat needed NEW batteries ONLY!"

"Next month in August 2023 Jah Spare will be a Year since I moved in countryside Village Townhouse and I really Love it nice quiet friendly neighborhood they came out and fix things when I requested it maintenance very nice... office Staff was nice Ms Lisa & Mrs Paulette I would recomment this place To others I must say though reading the reviews kinda put me down cause I was coming from Louisiana but I had to see for myself and I Truly didn't have no bad experience with my house are office Staff....So come see for yourself and Don't believe everything you hear are read!"

"The women in the front office needs to be fired unprofessional rude nasty and do snake stuff to young residents that live there and would not recommend no one to live there unless you wanna be harassed by the older residents that smoke crack outside while kids play and the office women does nothing but harass and make up rental issues to put you out to lease to their friends and family members and will be reporting and I have receipts..."

"I've been here 4 years now and definitely need to move asap! The ladies in the office are definitely the most rude, unprofessional, unorganized group I've ever dealt with. Especially the lady at the first desk, she's always rude, never helpful, and always seems angry for no reason. I never feel welcomed when I walk in and it seems that they're just unhappy to be there. And when there's a problem in the apartment, I don't think they really care about it when I call to put in a work order. Not to mention it takes a long time to get fixed...if it does get fixed."
