"These apartments are fantastic, they have done a first class renovation with lots of attention to detail. The common area in front is beautiful as well as the interior. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the materials used (door hardware, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances) are high quality. I'm sure this is a very nice neighborhood but the security of a fence is appreciated. Met the landlord, Masad, real nice and very conscientious of the needs of the tenants. Glad my son chose these apartments."

"Totally agree with Misty, new renovations are an eye sore for the neighborhood. The wrought iron fence and stark gray and white contrast completely clash with the atmosphere of the neighborhood and make it look like some apartment you'd find in the ghetto that they slapped a new paint job on. The previous look was muuuch better. They should have made general, tasteful improvements"

"I personally do not like the new remodel job that makes it look like our neighborhood is unsafe the large wrought-iron fence around it in the grey and white coloring makes it look borderline institutional."
