"What a nightmare of an experience, we were told it would be about an hour to get an ultrasound, we waited for SIX hours to finally be seen, but the worst part was the fact that these quacks NEVER SENT THE RESULTS TO OUR DOCTOR! Avoid this place if at all possible!"

"The staff was nice and welcoming on the day of my visit. I went in for a blood test. I went to see them on May 22 and till date, I didn't receive all of my test results or neither did I receive the correct prescription because the medicine they prescribed me initially was not available in the US market. I have followed up a couple of times, where the staff said they would contact me back but no one has. I'm assuming they are too busy. Maybe a P.A. or a customer service agent to follow up with patients would be needed to improve the service."
