"Went inside because I also had to use the restroom, but I didn't even get that far because when I went to order they told me the register was closed, so I needed to order at the kiosk with them stairing at me the whole time while on the phone (on speaker phone). The kiosk was also not accepting money, for whatever reason, and when I pointed this out they told me to try the other one or go through the drive through. I left instead and the only good thing about it was getting away from the sticky floors."

"Avoid this Wendy’s at all costs. Run down, employees don’t care or listen to your order. I waited 25 minutes after I paid for my order to receive it and it was incorrect. And not even fresh. Not worth the extra 30 minutes it would have taken to either refund or fix my order. If I could give 0/5 I would. This place sucks"

"Employees were very disrespectful. 1:30PM on February 4th woman in drive thru calls me an idiot under her breath(in Spanish) because there’s was a mess up. I get it and it happens but doesn’t need to be heard from your customers. Manager (I assume) was very respectful and got the issue resolved in a respectful manner."

"delivery driver blew smoke in my face, i was given the wrong food, and the support line offered me $1.35 in compensation. this is embarrassing for any company. there is only 1 person at this location worth taking the time to talk to. theres another wendys 3 mins away GO TO THAT ONE INSTEAD"

"I can't even order food at this location for at least 3 weeks on the mobile app as they can't get a replacement part for the system. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can go directly across the street to McDonald's and earn points thru their system. I highly recommend everyone go elsewhere for food as this will be the only way they will get the message to fix their mobile order issue."
