"While acknowledging Starbucks' higher prices, I'll still frequent this place and indulge in their somewhat expensive coffee and food offerings. The baristas, known for their sweetness, consistently ensure a fantastic experience that keeps me returning. A couple of my favorite items are the cake pops, snowman cookies, and sourdough grilled cheeses. I know they are expensive, but for me, it's worth it!"

"Normally ya'll are okay but whoever all was working today was miserable apparently. I am always nice and the least you could do is be nice back. I was picking up an order for uber eats delivery and nicely stated i was picking up for someone, was told "itll be at the end" where two ladies were blocking the counter for over 5 minutes. No names were called out. So i continued to wait. I saw a bag and asked nicely if it was for katy and some lady said w attitude "the names rigjt there on the bag" okay?!?!? On the other side where i cant see it?? Thanks. And then i asked about her drink and was basically told to shove off so i left. I have autism and i am working a job To make money just like these workers. I get Starbucks sucks but that is not my fault!!!!! THANKSSSSS!!!!! this was Friday nov 3rd at 4:30. Two girls front counter with glasses. Unacceptable."

"You know, Starbucks didn't really have my respect much before this visit. They had okay, pricey coffee, but it was a nice atmosphere and the people were always nice. But today I went in with my 9 yr old brother in tow for the first time, to try his first (decaffeinated) coffee drink. Unfortunately he didn't like it and was really bummed, so I counted up my change to buy him a different drink (a lemonade) and when I told the lady working the counter, she said they would cover it so we can walk away with a good experience. Excellent customer service, I'm definitely coming to this location again, they've won my respect and money."
