"Poorly ran community. My dad put his name on the waitlist TWICE! The first time they said they were having issues with his application he sent electronically so he redid the application and submitted it in person. It’s impossible to reach anyone by the phone. So after a month of trying to get ahold of someone he went in person to see where he’s at with the waitlist. They couldn’t even find him! He is in desperate need of a place to stay & this place has been absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend"

"Nice and it’s Quieter than most places. You can make friends or not. I haven’t been to the dinners or other things that they have. I plan too… The office is Available Monday through Friday but an emergency number if you need anything. Plumbing if something that would damage your apartment or air conditioner went out ! You leave a message and they respond Quickly if needed."

"My mom loves it here. Very quiet and safe location. Management is friendly and maintenance staff is quick to respond and friendly to the residents and guests."

"I’ve lived here for 6 years. Nice apartments, good management. Maintenance as well kept up, too. Yes there are people that break the rules. Some of us just break them, and some of us can’t help it from time to time. We are old. Much like any other apartments in the world, we get noise from the people above us. We have hardwood floors all over, except in the bedrooms there is carpet. I had an upstairs neighbor who was a nightmare. They moved. My neighbors are a delight."
