"Zero Stars! This place is awful! Coming from someone who’s been stuck here for 4 years. I’ve had my moments of enjoying neighbors but the website for this place is an absolute sham. What a joke. They don’t care about the renters at all. Numerous cars have been stolen from here. My 8 year old son has been beat up getting groceries from our car. Teens pull guns on others. Theft, with no care or help from the office. Towing randomly and costs hundreds to get out. ROACHES everywhere: I am someone who pays a professional cleaning service to come and there are still roaches in my make up, in the shower, in the fridge, all over the house. Roof leaking? Oh don’t worry they will just paint over it. Mold coming out of the vents, they just repaint and replace vent. The cabinets literally warping because of past water damage. But they charge you for it when you switch units or move out. They will never give your deposit back and will go after you for hundreds. They do not answer the phone EVER. Refuse to give out corporates information and quite frankly they don’t care to help at all. That is evident in all the years I have lived here. Do not trust them. Do not trust the website. Bad reviews keep being taken down. Idk how they have 3 stars. It’s a literal joke. It’s disgusting. It’s not safe at all. It’s filthy. Don’t give them your money."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! REPEAT! The office works with the towing company and will have your visitors cars towed. You are only allowed 1 pass. If you loose it or forget to put on the window they tow it.even I'f it is not over night. I believe they get kick backs or it is one of the workers relatives. The tows are in Conroe and costs $325..."

"Do not move here!!!! Office Refuses to handle maintenance issues and will blame them on you for not following up and harassing maintenance to get it done. Roaches. Office staff is horrific literally dread speaking to any of them. A nightmare. Absolutely terrible."
