"Parking is HORRIBLE. After 9pm, there is no parking whatsoever. Wanted to get a reserved spot but someone was parked in it. Told the lady with the blonde hair about it. I got my reserved spot handle and she wanted me to get all the info about the vehicle sitting in the spot since they sometimes overbook a spot by mistake. I was okay with that. I took a photo of the car but and told them the plates were from a different state. She wasn’t fully aware about how the towing people check that. Still, no work on their part. There was never any indication that they will figure it out. It was always up in the air and still I didn’t mind. I decided to cancel the reserved spot since I’ll be getting home earlier. the cost was added to my rent. Didn’t sign the addendum tho but of course, it was added to my rent. Went TODAY to cancel it. The team was in the midst of a little party. But I don’t come often because I don’t ever have time. So today I went. These people never answer the phone. I’ll call 3 times in a row. I’ll call the next day. I never get anyone to pick up. This was even before the weather got ugly. I went and said hello to get someone’s attention and everyone got quiet and the lady with the blonde hair gave me a very nasty look. I do not appreciate that. I’ve always been respectful and very patient. But that was extremely uncalled for. The receptionist coming up with excuses but I dismissed them because this was before the weather, right when I had come in person Anyways, I don't really like it here. If the location wasn’t so bad I would move back to Millie Miglia apartments because I have never been so at home at an apartment ever. Definitely consider Millie Miglia apartments in Conroe if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing and beautiful. Management has always been amazing there."

"As a Realtor, I’ve encountered significant difficulties with Cathedral Lakes apartments. It’s been over a year, and my commission payment is still pending. Their endless excuses have resulted in unresolved payment issues. From my personal experience, the situation is no better. I moved in with my fiancé a few months after helping him find this apartment. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a management change, everything went downhill. The parking is a major issue. We had to pay for designated parking spots. Even though we pay for reserved parking, we often find others occupying our spots. The customer service is extremely disappointing, with no sense of accountability. This complex is anything but luxurious. There’s frequent dog waste that isn’t cleaned up. Moreover, the widespread of weed smoking is a problem, especially as the smell seeps through the ventilation, affecting my asthma. The management might seem friendly, but they rarely keep their promises. If you value a pleasant living environment, you may want to consider other options."

"Make sure you ask to tour the entire property if you are considering this place. I was surprised to see they finally redid the flower beds the other day until I got past where the model and office is located and saw they only did the very front of the property. So for the other 90 percent of us that are not in the front first building, we get to look at this ugly disgusting mess every day. For over a year now they have not maintained the property. There is nasty muddy dirt with hoses from the sprinkler system. There has never been a grill that is usable. At our last place we enjoyed grilling a steak and eating outside when the weather was nice and had multiple options of nice areas with grills that worked and didn’t have sand fleas and other bugs and pests that live in the unkempt disgusting mud. So if you don’t mind bugs and ugly run down for the same cost or more as a nice clean place with functional amenities, then this is the place for you! Also as a bonus you get tons of unusable square footage for a narrow dirty carpet staircase where the landing is so small you can barley get through the door if carrying any small amount of bags or items. You can’t even take off your shoes after walking through their ugly dirty “flower” beds so you get to track it into your home! Highly recommend….. not moving here."
