"I stayed at Jenn station in Saint Louis, the property is infested with roaches, I complained several times about that and only certain units were treated per the maintenance man. He also informed me that some of the units had mice. My furniture was damaged due to a leak in the wall that I was unaware of. The current property manager told me to just look for an email. She did not show any concern for my belongings. I asked her the process of filing a claim with the rental insurance that they provided and she said she has to wait until they come take pictures. She handed me a blank piece of printer paper and told me to write down my name and number saying that I was turning in my keys. You can never get someone on the phone. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. She was unaware of the option to give your notice to vacate. I’ve seen a comment from the old property manager so that’s very alarming. My lawyer has been notified and if things are not resolved in a timely fashion we will see you all in court."

"JOB SEEKERS RUN!! Terrible company to work for. I worked for Catalyst Property Solutions roughly 14 months. In that time I had 6 different Supervisors. The employee turn over is extremely high and the work environment toxic. I witnessed the Regional Director Rhonda Hendricks make inappropriate comments about employees weight which is extremely hypocritical considering she herself has weight loss surgery. The owner Paula Forshee is more concerned with how you look rather than you ability to perform . There is zero diversity and inclusion. There is no clear order of operations. HR does not have a degree in HR. Employees are treated as if they are disposable. You would be hard pressed to find anyone on the site level that has been with the company longer than 18 months. DO NOT DISRUPT YOU EMPLOYMENT HISTORY OR YOUR PEICE OF MIND."

"Horrible management. No HR within this organization to keep things unbiased and fair for employees and residents. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Turn over is so high it’s ridiculous. I hope this review saves someone a headache."

"This company don't deserve any stars at all. They have been the worst landlord company I ever dealt with in the past seven months. I have been living in my resident for five years before they took ownership and never had this many fees out of all the years I lived here. This company is money hungry and will add high fees anyway they can. They get-over on a lot of their tenants. Make sure you keep all receipts, paperwork, and video's with this company. You just might need all the proof you can get. They're not trying to help but trying to hinder the needy by over charging and raising up everything. Stand clear of this company as they're out for no good."

"I would NEVER rent from Catalyst. We rented for a year and had 2 different property mangers. The apartment we rented wasn't lived in for over a year. We wasn't not told this until a few days after signing our lease. We were NOT told about the black mold or the lead paint. Couldn't use our bathtub for almost 3 months. They replaced our stove but never came in to fix the oven part. Had the apartment flood 3 times. The last time the floor and walls weren't fixed. The washer and dryer hookups cause too much moisture was told it was a huge fire hazard. That was just a little bit about how horrible Catalyst handles things. That's not included that the office paperwork that wasn't accounted for. They tried to get us to pay late fees which was proved never a mess up on our part. Tried to keep us in our lease longer. Even when we turned in the paperwork months in advance. Nightmare!!! Catalyst Property should be ashamed of thier actions. If you rent from them be sure to get every conversation recorded. Because they will honor thier word."
