"I have been leasing here at Park 45 for 3 years now. The apartment are nice inside but the hallways are filthy and disgusting. The stairs are dirty too. The smell from garbage is unbearable. Can’t wait for my lease to be over soon."

"Do not rent here. The management (Tammy) is extremely unprofessional and will actively conspire against you with other tenants if they don’t like you. They have opened CPS cases against tenants and made police reports under false pretense. They will also cut off utilities without warning but only for specific units. If you are a POC this complex is NOT SAFE. STAY FAR AWAY"
