The front office is full of star employees but shines brighter than all of the others!"

"MY BIGGEST REGRET WAS MOVING TO THESE APARTMENTS! It was issue after issue. My new car was vandalized after only having it for a day. Constant issues with pest(ROACHES). When I first moved in, the shower handle was broke. It took them days to come fix the issue. I never got to access the pool or gym because the key fob I was given needed to be re-programmed. I kept calling the office speaking to (Leslie & Vanessa) to get the issue fixed, but it never was resolved throughout my entire duration there. Not only was my car vandalized, but the lady pictured in the black shirt with the BLONDE BUN kept stealing packages from in front my door in BUILDING 2. I could never catch her. I had to install a RING CAMERA & she still stole my packages with my camera being present. Several of my neighbors on my floor packages were also stolen. I literally lost over 1k from my packages being stolen & nothing was EVER done about it. One of my neighbor did some investigating and found out the lady actually stay in building 2 and had some of her belongings on her balcony! PLEASE BEWARE. There were a lot of police presence here. On numerous occasions, the police were called, specifically to BUILDING 2. A LOT OF DOMESTIC DISPUTES, LOTS OF THEM! The entrance/exit gates NEVER worked/inoperable. I’ve seen a lot of drug sales here. Literally witnessed a light skin guy, short height with shoulder length dreads that lives on the 1st floor in building 2, make NUMEROUS drug transactions DAILY. I reported that and nothing was done about it. Safety is the least of this APARTMENT concern! When they stopped caring, I stopped. MOVE ELSEWHERE! The rates are always low for a reason because of low occupancy. They’ll accept anyone to meet their occupancy numbers."
"We have lived in the community for a month and we are very happy. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable and modern. The amenities are excellent, the pool is very nice. Thanks to the Leasing Agent Ms. Lucy, who from the day I spoke to the community has been super helpful, kind, professional and has been attentive to every detail of my moving process, making me feel that we have arrived at our home. Thank you Ms. Lucy amazing and professional service. The Administration office, Ms. Alejandra and Ms. Lucy, are very professional, always available to help and provide the best service. The community maintenance team is very efficient as well. It is a quiet community with a very good location. We are very comfortable and happy in our home."
"APARTMENT 4105!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE!! So I moved in March 2023 and by June 2023 I was forced out due to a faulty sprinkler system in building 4 that flooded my apartment and all of my things!! ALL!! The entire 3 months was a nightmare. In the first month I submitted several work orders for literally everything major. Refrigerator stopped working, dryer stopped working, spider’s everywhere, NO AC, mailbox key wouldn’t work and the WORST of all, water comes in through the master and the 2nd bedroom windows ANYTIME it rains. Not drips of water, lots of water. I had to call, cry and beg for help. I was told each time that they were low on maintenance staff and it was a waiting list. My kids and I would be up at night with towels trying to stop the water from coming into the apartment. They refused to fix the dryer so we had to dry our clothes at the laundry mat. The water coming in the window was NEVER fixed. Actually water started coming in from the ceiling near the entry as well because the apartment above was also having issues. I paid over $1700 each month and it was complete torture!! It was so sad that they could care less what I was going through. I would be frustrated and crying and Vanessa would say I’m going to hang up on you. If you request assistance in the middle of the night, no one will come or respond. So in June their Sprinkler system faulted and flooded several apartments. They tried to lie and say an apartment 3 floors up left their stove on causing the sprinkler system to activate. A firefighter even told me it was a lie and that the system was broken. It was water coming from every light fixture and flooding the entire apartment. My kids and I left for safety reasons. I was called by the manager 2 days later and told to come and get my stuff because they were turning the power off, etc. When I came back, the entire apartment was mildew because it was 95 degrees with water damage, etc. all items ruined. The apartment staff came in to remove carpet and just threw my stuff all around. They had industrial fans plugged up and was using my electricity to dry the apartment. I worked to clean the apartment because I was threatened with fines if I left the apartment with my stuff. It took me several days to move because of the smell and water damage. One day I was moving and workers came in asking me to leave so they could re-do the drywall. The wood in the ceiling wasn’t even treated, dry or removed!! They were just trying to cover up all the damage quick and get someone else in. So sad. I asked the manager if she could move me to another apartment at least until I got situated and I was told that I would need to reapply. WHAT!?? I was literally homeless. Thank goodness for insurance, we were able to make things work. I could literally write a book with so many more issues but moral of the story is DO NOT MOVE HERE. Last thing, I actually forgot to write this review until on 10/26 I received a Parcel Pending notification saying that it had a package. I called parcel pending to cancel the account because I knew it wasn’t my package and if not picked up, I would be charged by the day. This rude lady calls me demanding the access code so the new tenant could get their package. Mind you it’s been almost 6 months since I last lived there. Get your stuff together. I told her that she needed to figure it out and she told me that if I didn’t give the code then the new tenant wouldn’t get their package. That’s so messed up! I gave the access code and then she hung up quick. No thank you or anything. That was the reminder I needed to write this!!!!"
