"JT came early, I got a text notifying me he would be an hour early. He fixed my washing machine and left, mentioning he had half an hour to make it to his next appt. Much more convenient than my experiences with service calls to other local repair companies. And reasonable rate with a 1 year warranty included. I'll call them again."

"They charge me 109 dollars and didn't fix anything because he said he don't have the parts and don't know when the parts would be in. When he came I told him my dryer wouldn't heat up I also told him I think it was the safety switch he checked it and what do u know it was the safety switch. So basically this company charge me 109 dollars to tell me what I told him that was wrong with it. When I called the office to talk to Olivia she was very rude and snotty, I asked to speak to corporate she said they don't have a number and if I want to talk to someone I need to look on the website and try to find someone. I was in disbelief and at awe. Like so unprofessional. I would never ever use this company again and I will make sure I let others know not to use this service because they will take your money and not fix absolutely nothing. He didn't even know how to take dryer apart I had to assist him so I'm still trying to figure out what did I get charge for cause if it was for his time then my time should also be paid for cause he had know clue what he was doing he even had to call the office to get help that's when I finally called my father to talk mr.appliance service tech thru his job. This company is a scam and fraudulent."

"Horrible. Technician didn't even look at our refrigerator and quoted us over $400 to repair a freezer fan....Turns out it was in the shutoff mode and just needed restarted.... Then he said my dishwasher needed a new float .. quoted over $300. It wasn't the float at all.... It was a seal blocking the float and just needed pulled out. Both appliances fixed and AASAP only charged me $40.00 (service call included). Mr Appliance are clearly scam artists and either just care about ripping people off or they just quote so high, people turn down service just so they can collect the $99.00 service fee!!!!"
