"Apparently my furniture was delivered. Well guess what it wasn’t. They took it to the wrong place. I’m so mad I can’t see straight. I’m calling in the morning to cancel the whole order!!! How do you bring my furniture to the wrong place? How stupid are you people? You’re supposed to ID check."

"After a misunderstanding due to me being at work....manager or whatever he called himself Jobie(I think was his name but he didn’t speak clear enough to understand him) was completely disrespectful!! He got loud with me after I told him that I SURRENDERED furniture 10 years ago....yet he still tried saying his employees never picked it up! The employees I worked w last night and that I PAID for my furniture were extremely helpful and nice. But this manager should find a different career!!"

"I purchased a used recliner sectional from here in December 2018. I hadn't used the furniture due to traveling a lot for work. When I was finally able to rest and try to enjoy it, I discovered bed bugs. I did call and speak with an asst which was not very helpful but did give me the corporate number. Since it was a cash deal she said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM!!!!!!!"
