"We have had a great experience at Great Kids for the last 6 years. Through well and many sick visits, they are always there. Even after moving further away, we still drive to see Dr.Paredes. We have also seen all other providers on occasion, and everyone, from front to back staff and nurses, always take great care of us, with prompt communication and genuine care for their patients and families. "I've been going to this practice for over 5 years. Both of my daughters were patients of Dr. Storey. Unfortunately after her passing we had to change doctors. Dr. Lee has been our doctors and is very sweet. My daughter had blood work last week to identify any potential allergies. Today I get a call from Cara, a nurse I believe and she proceeds to tell me that she has 3 different allergies. I ask more questions on how to proceed and rudely she tells me "you can do whatever you want" or go see an allergist. She's obviously not gonna die". I felt there was zero compassion and her reaction was beyond careless."
"I am very disappointed with the way the doctor handled the issue. I went to the hospital for my kid's stomach pain, and even they didn't know what medicines they needed to give. Antibiotics were given that have nothing to do with stomach pain. Once again, I asked another pediatrician about the medicine they recommended for stomach pain, and they laughed at it. No matter what insurance you have, you will be charged. It is not a place I would recommend to anyone."
"We have been going to Great Kids for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Paredes, who we love like a grandfather, but we have seen all the doctors for sick visits. They are all warm, concerned, knowledgeable, and excellent doctors. Not only are the doctors great, but the nurses are wonderful also. They return calls quickly, address my concerns efficiently, and are always caring and nurturing. The office staff are welcoming and attentive to detail. Nobody wants to spend too much time in a doctor's office, but if you have to be there, you may as well be comfortable and treated like family. We love Great Kids and will stay there for all our kids."
