"This apartment was my first ever rented apartment and my experience was generally awesome. It’s a small community and their mgmt are always responsive and fast to attend to any maintenance requests or work orders. I moved out at the end of the second year of my lease because I had to relocate to a different city. If you abide by all the community rules there, you wouldn’t have any issues. I will only encourage them to consider an option for new tenants to do a recorded walk-through for the conditions of their apartment prior to move-in and after moving out in order to avoid any form of misunderstandings at the end. But I would highly recommend this place if you’re considering making it your next home."

"So far so good! My experience with the leasing office was great, Melinda did an exceptional job with getting us in promptly since we were really interested in the room. The complex itself is quiet and parking is no issue, so that’s a plus!"

"I can't say enough good things about this place. The apartment complex is relatively small, and I think that's one of the reasons why I like this place so much. No traffic and parking always available if it early, like before 10pm or so. The staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. If you need anything they will help you right away. It's nice and quiet. The place is always clean and looking nice. The swimming pool is never crowded in the summer. I loved living here, would recommend to anyone. The manager Cheri is the best!"

"I lived here for almost 4 years and here is my honest review: The office staff: Cheri and Jodi are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet, they really make you feel at home and they remember everyone, including what apartment you are in and what car you drive. If you ever have any problem they are quick to solve it and genuinely care. Maintenance: the maintenance team is very quick to respond when you put in a work order, and are quick to repair any issues. The apartments: these apartments are older, keep that in mind. The noise level is usually not too bad, however there is some noise from neighboring apartments (as you would have in most any apartment complex). The kitchen is small, but functional. Community/Grounds: it is a mostly quiet community, consist of mostly older people and families with children. You will rarely find one bad apple in the bunch, the ladies in the office are usually a good judge of character as to who they allow to move in. Mostly everyone is very friendly. The grounds are maintained well, the staff walks around every day and picks up any trash or other things so it stays very clean. Land scaping is routinely kept up with. There is a cute little deck/picnic area by the pool as well as a park for children and a basketball court. Overall: overall this is a nice community to live in for the price, we are very happy in our new home but we will miss the staff and residence."
