"Roach infested I couldn't even stay a month got out of my lease it was horrible bedroom window got busted then less than a week later backdoor window was busted then came in and went through my things and stole some items yall they stole my sugar free minute maid lhh!!!! "This has got to be the worst place to move into. Each month this year I have complained about my A.C. maintenance would stop by turn it off and on and tell me that's all. I knew it needed more work but it seems they weren't bothered. Few months ago I called about the same A.C. I'm still waiting for them to check it. Yesterday evening at exactly 6:57pm I called the maintenance emergency line that my A.C. is completely out and it's 85 degrees in my apartment but no one responded. Called again at 9:35pm, it's 7:00am and no one has come to check. It's 86 degrees in this crazy weather and I have a child but they really don't care. It's only an emergency when they say so. My fire extinguisher has expired and they are taking eternity to come replace it. No need calling or reaching out to Stephanie (the manager) she doesn't care. Neighbors leave trash that drains nasty water on the breeze way even let their dog pop on the breezeway and no one says anything. As usual management is nice when you haven't moved in once you do they switch to their horrible selves. We might as well get our own electrician to come change the bulbs because they will charge you or ask you to buy the bulbs then they will come Change it."

"Wynnewood at Wortham is HOME to us! It can be challenging to make a home of a rented space but we have felt so safe and comfortable here. We’ve lived in both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments in this complex and both were lovely and comfortable. There have been regular life issues, plumbing situations, but the maintenance team are great. Very close to the fire station and a hospital. Never lost power or water during the freeze. We’ve lived here for 8 years now and we were happy to sign another year lease."

"I respect other people reviews, but my personal experience at this property had been excellent, Ms Stephanie has been very professional as well as the lady and gentleman at the front office. I just got my keys today and apartment looks very nice. My expectations were low but I have to say honestly I don't have any complaints."

"What an amazing place to live. It's kind of like a home in the middle of a resort. And what's even better is that during hurricane Harvey it never flooded even though all around the apartment and different neighborhood it flooded. The drains were kept clean and clear. And the maintenance here is awesome they stay on their toes and eager to help. The office staff is very friendly and helpful."
