"After living here for sometime I recently made i purchase of some furniture, and l didn’t have anyone to help me get to my apartment and Mr.Terry was very helpful with helping me bring it upstairs appreciate him for all is hell. The office staff and manager are all very personable. Easy to talk with and understanding. I have enjoyed my stay here so far."

"I came to see Royal Spring apartments in December 2023. I was greeted by Janelle and she was great. Very informative and gave me a tour and answered my questions. This was my 3 rd apartment I saw that weekend and by far she was on point. Had all my questions were answered. I relocated from another state I decided to call Royal Spring my home. I been here for 2 months and I have no complaints.All the ladies in the office are great. Every time I go in to the office they welcome you with a smile and resolve and answer my questions. I also have to say when I put in a request the maintained staff answer with in 24 to 48 hours. I did read the reviews of other tenants and all I have to say we as a community need to stick together in keeping the place safe and clean. So if you see something say something. Yes we have the fees but we had choices and if that was stipulated in the lease and you signed and agreed well… Other than that so far it’s been great, quiet place. I love my apartment and I am happy with my decision. I thank Royal Spring for making this transition to a new state welcoming."

"I lived in Texas all my life and today I started the search of my new apartment and I came across with Royal Spring Apartments. I hardly ever write reviews. But this property deserves my review today. I came in over the weekend and visit their office to get a tour of the community. The first thing that I noticed that the staff is really great and they make you feel very welcome. I spoke to the agent, Olga and she immediately greeted me as i walked into the office and i was happy that they show me the apt and all the amenities they have to offer. Royal spring is definitely my top place to consider my new apartment."

"I lived here for a year and a half and honestly never had any issues. Office staff was always great and welcoming, maintenance team was always quick and nice, & we loved our floor plan and how modern the apartments were. I never had issues with neighbors or with our cars being broken into or stolen, but I did notice it happened often. I loved our time here, we enjoyed the pool, the gym, and our space. I will say there were lots of times the gate wouldn’t work, or the pool would be closed for maintenance for long periods of time, but other than that, we loved it! Our initial sign on of the lease was explained well and Raquel was so helpful with us. And we were always notified of any changes or updates going on in the community. Overall, a good place to stay."

"The apartment itself is really pretty. But I absolutely hate this community, there is always trash EVERYWHERE & they have the audacity to charge $28 for valet PLUS $14 for just "trash" going based off the amount of occupants live there that are accumulating trash. Plus the trash fees that is split between everyone for the big dumpsters. Upon signing you know abt valet trash, wifi & the other mailing program they make you pay. Which totals to about an additional $100 to your flat rate of rent. now you also have to keep in mind the extra trash fees + water & gas that go into your monthly statement. adding an additional $150-200. If you have a certain price point to stay under like we did i do not whatsoever recommend anybody living here. These photos are a daily issues. Please reconsider living here."
