Reviews of The Reserve at City Center North
"I was a tenant I left to work out of town, I paid Rent for 5 months + water, parking, valet trash and whatever else they added, I called them at one time because my water bill was $80, and another time it was a little over $100 and there was nobody at the apartment and they told me I had to pay regardless. My contract ended this month and I vacated the apartment on Feb 1st. They billed me $4000+ after I started I was not going to renew and I let them know my apartment had been vacated on 01/31, like I said I work out of town and I was paying for a vacated apartment and still they bill me for those $4000… I did not break the lease, common sense, if you stay past the 1st you have to pay that month. I vacated on 01/31…"
"Roaches everywhere pet control really bad. High water bills often from $107 to $110 every month, parking $20 and you still with no parking in the nights, trash $30 dollars, it’s terrible and those apartments are not luxury. I just moved out and I got a bill for $164. I called them and they said you have to pay for that with no explanation. Manager Bianca Cruz you need to chill out and be respectful with residents. I’m not your employee and I do not have to read your emails as you told me couple days ago for the mailroom. The mailroom entrance it’s broken and I need service that’s what I’m paying for."
"If I can give zero starts I definitely would. Tanya is horrible and she always have an attitude. They communication is horrible. You never get the apartment you apply for because they will change it to something more without letting you know to be aware of that. They will convince you to move in later than expected and will not inform you that it will cost more. This lady knew I would have to pay March rent and the rest of February rent if I moved in on Feb 20 but she didn’t let me know that. Also I wanted to move in on Feb 17, but she stated the office was going to be close but they were definitely open because I called them on Saturday so I can get the proper amount that I need to pay to move in. I asked her several times what was going to be the total and I asked her can she send my welcome lady Friday. She sent it Friday with no attachment. That’s why I had to call Saturday and I spoke with Ruth. Ruth couldn’t find my information so she told me she’ll call me back and she’ll call Tanya to get more information. Never got a call back and when I tried to call back, it kept going to voicemail. This morning I get sent the welcome letter with the proper attachments. And I wasn’t told that I would be getting charged all these fees. So when I called this morning I spoke with Ruth and I was trying to understand why they were charging me March rent too. And she said since I am moving in after the 20th they have to charge me for March rent. But I wasn’t moving in after the 20th. I was moving in on the 20th. I’ll say move look somewhere else. I got approved for another apartment because I just knew something fishy was going on with them. And my move in process is going smoothly. Advice: if they are already giving you problems before moving in, it’s going to be problems when u move in."
"This apartment has a responsive management and maintenance staff, is generally quiet and my apartment is spacious. The community is generally quiet and the property is kept up very well. I like living here because it has washer dryer connections that few in the area have."
"Roaches and mold. So many roaches the pest control never fixed anything. I had to leave in a hurry. Everyone’s nose was stuffy when they would come to my house due to the mold. It was embarrassing. Overcharge of “cleaning fees” $700 dollars after move out for a one bedroom apartment over minor items. I was charged for a closet door $150 that was not broken. After complaining I was immediately sent to a third party to dispute. Cars were always on blocks, lots of stolen wheels here. Laundry washing machines never worked after numerous complaints Bianca the manager was nice throughout my time there but the apartments are terrible."
