"I was inquiring about The Everstead at Windrose and Spoke with Virginia. She was so personable, warm and knowledgeable. She quickly sent over all the information that I needed and offered to set up a tour of one of the model homes with me. I went and had a look they are absolutely beautiful and so well decorated. The clubhouse is gorgeous, and provides so many amenities. Virginia sat down and went over all of the details with me of the application process. I could not be more grateful to her for making this whole experience easy and joyful. As most of us know, the process can be daunting at times. If you are looking to live in a beautiful community with lots of things to do nearby, I suggest reaching out to Virginia! She’ll take excellent care of you!"

"My family and I watched this property be built from ground up. Moved in immediately once a house of our choosing became available. The property is clean, bright and looks like a movie set. I love that the gates remain closed after hours and there is an on site security officer who actually stops asks questions and does a complete walk through of the property. My safety and security are very important to me. As very private individuals this property offers complete privacy and the back yard is the icing on the cake. Scott is the ABSOLUTE best (Maintenance Manager) always professional and checking in on the residents. No words can explain how helpful Lexi, Virginia and Stephen have been. We love it here and plan on staying awhile. Valet trash, close to shopping centers and more. We received everything we were promised. We very much appreciate the Everstead team :)"

"We absolutely love living at The Everstead at Windrose! We were the first residents to move in and Lexi, Virginia and the entire team went above and beyond for us! We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a family friendly place to live! The property is beautiful, clean and well secured. "Feel discriminated like it was base on race, our family lived previous address 6 years great residents paid on time,we moved to where live now great verification letter great rental history great tenants no problems from my family moved in , 5 years later then we applied at Everstead at Windrose paid application fees (having my family hopes up ) said they would hold the house for our family for background screening rental history we had to pay 1 rental creditor we had said end of month then we had and to pay the first month $2470 , it’s like my family never had this happen to us , saying one thing Lexi and Virginia you ladies had this family hopes up we are a good hard working black family, we are working with a bank to purchase a home the bank pulled our credit we. Can have our own home less than a year, blacks should not have to go through a struggle my family went through a lot to move in. I don’t like to post this had to be posted so families beware especially you are black you will have to go through a lot these are rental homes you will never own , my family had to go this struggle we will buy a house that is ours . Beware if you are a black this is not for you . Sorry long but it’s truth."
