Vantage at Tomball

"I toured the property with Jovanna, very nice and was able to answer a lot of my questions regarding the property. The grounds were clean and a lot quiet which is something I was looking for. I only gave it a 4/5 due to what i dislike. I’m not to sure about the washer and dryer outside along with the small door opening in the living room, Was an eye sore in m opinion. If this is something you don’t care about, this property is definitely for you."

"I’ve lived at The Vantage for 13 months now. With the change in manager things felt sort of chaotic but we had a higher up manager come in and he was/is amazing! I’ll be sad to see him go but I feel so confident in our new leasing team. They have been putting on events for our community in these past 2 months, which is more than the previous leasing team did. The communication is uncanny. I’m so excited to have re-newed my lease here for another year!"

"My experience has been nothing short of amazing! From stopping by to just planning on "a tour" and then leaving to really loving the place, the team, the welcoming office, and them working with me every step of the way. Yes, I read the reviews and I know that no place is perfect. I came from an apt of 8 years and was used to everything falling apart all the time. I love that my daughter and I can now come home to a beautiful place that's peaceful, more spacious, upgraded and has friendly neighbors. It's being grateful for the small things and giving God all the glory!"

"I’ve been a resident for a significant amount of time, and I’ve never seen the swimming pool like it is right now. This has been an issue for over two months now. Several of us are constantly told that they are “waiting on parts.” It’s a different story every week. I pay too much money for this amenity, not to be able to use it. I need it for my health. If you are looking to live here, you deserve to know how it’s being run. The turnover is extremely high in the office. Management needs to make some changes."
