"I was honestly excited about moving into these apartments but unfortunately my apartment had roaches. I was also told that the other units around me had roaches as well by the staff member. I was told that I was force to live with the roaches or be penalized. It’s not fair to punish someone for not wanting to live in an environment that’s not safe or infested. These apartments are suppose to help and support low income households but instead they are leading them into infested homes."

"I have been living here for about 3 years now and every since I moved in I’ve been completely happy. Monica, the office manger is always available, she truly is like a mom away from home. Always on site speaking to her residents which she knows by name. She’s on top of things as mother would be. There’s no crime as Arcola police department is always patrolling. Maintenance is perfect my ac was messed up when I just had a baby and Mr. Charles drove from Dallas at another property he was helping with to fix my ac and prob was speeding. The staff truly treats me like family. My daughter loves Monica and Charles . Christina is new but she’s the new Monica already."

"I have been communicating with the rental office and they are always polite and very informative. I filed an application and was able to get on the waiting list. Property is very inviting and looks safe and secure. Looking forward to living there. Please experience your visit directly sometimes people have their own agenda to give a negative review. "I LOVE living here! The property is nice, quiet, and clean. Management is always available and super helpful. Maintenance request are always completed in a quick timely manner. My daughter loves living here because there are always neighborhood activities and fun events planned for the family. I am so glad I chose to come here and will continue to renew my stay as long as I can. Trust me, it’s definitely a place you’ll enjoy calling “home.”"
