"I'm so angry right now. My daughter has been waiting a year to see her Doctor. We were scheduled for 11am with a grace period of 15 minutes. We assumed we wasn't gonna make it till 11:18am but I literally did 90mph and pulled in at 11:15. Wife called at 11:09 to make sure she can still be seen but the receptionist Tina, for Dr. Wilfred Castro Ryes, went back and forth with her instead of life checking. She put us on hold at 11:11. I literally told my wife she's going to get back on the phone at 11:15. And guess what? That's exactly what she did. By that time, we was already here. Now we have to wait another year... Please do better and get people that'll actually communicate what we're calling for..."
"The facility here seems to offer many services with not enough staff readily available to help patients and or an issue with room availability. I avoid scheduling at this office due to the lack of communication on wait time. The last time I was in the office from beginning to end was over 3 hours. The time spent with a physician, aide, or staff member in the observation room totaled no more than 30 minutes. The 2nd time I attended I spent 40 minutes in the waiting room. Please don't ask patients to arrive 15 minutes in advance and extend the wait time longer. I would suggest a reevaluation on how closely appointment times are scheduled. I understand every patient is important and should be allowed time to share concerns but the professional courtesy is not extended to the patients around the scheduling or waiting time. Avoid this office if possible and drive to Katy or elsewhere. Office management should re evaluate scheduling and hold patients accountable who are late to appointments."
"They're caring and loving to the kids"
"Went Quest lab. Very dirty."
"Make their appts too close to one another, I feel they would do busy moms and dad's a huge service if they didn't stack them so close allowing them to tend to their patients much sooner to their originally appointed time."
