Sec Only Give U $1,391.00 For Married Couple Under Penalty Being Married? I Had Sent Them 2 Emails & 2 Contact Forms That We Have UHC/WellMed, Medicare, Medicaid & Long Term Services. I Told Them We Have Been In Katy, TX 9yrs & #MY SON PASSED 1-11-2023 @ Memorial Hermann Katy @ 46 yo Within 5 Days. I Said Also I Had Just Had CREAMATION SERVICES 1-26-2023. I PUT IN EMAIL PLEASE CONSIDER US. The Taller Lady Went Into Other Workers Offices Discussing Our Application Process About Calling Headquarters About Checks Stubs Must Be In Place? DUE TO MY SON POLICY HOLDER & I'm On Lease $1,843,12 Was Due ."

"My husband & I moved here in Sept. We were very impressed with everything we saw & the tenants we met. There are so many different activities for everyone to enjoy. Day trips, excercises, hair salon, medical professional visits, blood pressure checks, etc.! Wonderful Birthday cake, for the monthly Birthdays, free movies! The office staff is very helpful. I am giving 4 stars because, the only thing I don't like, we are facing the street, in our cottage & it can be very noisy.. day & night..."

Immaculately groomed and kept grounds. Easy access to I-10 West Greene and Fry Road. Lots and lots of stores and shopping and restaurants and boutiques and bookstores... you name it it's within 5 not even 10 minutes away. If you're 55 or older, and love Katy Texas, come to Providence Place and check it out. Like me, you'll be impressed and ready to move in right away. There's even an option for rental control if you are limited to Social Security income. Which is unique and unusual in a community as lovely and elegant as this one."

"This apartment complex is an over 55 years of age complex. They have a lot of family members and care givers coming and going. The parking on the inside of the gates is not assigned. They started a new process of towing cars inside of the gates after 9 pm. They do it on the weekends when the office is closed. The office manager Linda Wanhem does't care about the residents at all. She's taking advantage of the senior citizens and they care gives that take care of them. So Sad."
