"Couldn't of asked for a better hotel.Staff was very friendly each day.The rooms were super clean and roomy.Nice music through the halls helped to relax the mind.Coming from working in hotels for many years this is one of my favorite hotels and will definitely be back every visit to Houston."

"This is a terrible and dirty hotel. Please don't go there ever. I had a really bad experience. I was visiting Houston from Toronto. I booked 1 night stay at this hotel. We are a family of four with 2 young kids. We arrived at 10:30 pm at the hotel. When we went in the room, it was really dirty. There were cockroaches inside the room!!. We asked the front desk guy and he gave us the room next door. That room also had cockroaches and I saw some by the bedside. I was so scared and I asked the front desk lady that we no longer wish to stay at the hotel and wanted refund. We showed her pictures and videos of the cockroaches. She called the manager whose name is "Ash Ghandhi". He told her to go check the rooms as he didn't trust what we were saying. She checked and agreed to refund but there was no apology or empathy. When I went to the front for giving back the keys, she said the her manager has asked her to tell us that "We are not welcome to their hotel from now on". I was in total shock! Seriously, after what happened to us, rather than being sorry for their filthy rooms, they were being rude. If this was the last hotel on earth, I would still not go there. I asked her that I wanted to speak with the Manager of how he can be so ruthless. She refused to connect the call with him and said that I will have to call the "Choice hotels customer service" to figure it out. They should be shameful of how they treated us. The manager clearly didn't care at all. I am so disappointed that a Choice hotel would have this kind of horrible service. They were thinking that we are making things up but why would we do that. Why would we move the kids in the middle of the night at 12:30 am and wander around to find another hotel. I am never going to trust Comfort Inn ever again. I have also attached the pictures of the cockroaches."

"If Safety and Security are important to you, do NOT stay here. Terrible customer service by overnight employee. Not trustworthy. I filmed my room before checkout to make sure they couldn't hit me for any trumped-up charges. Other patrons reported problems to me as well."

"this place is nasty! The rooms smell like mildew. They look nothing like the pictures they're all run down and tacky. Homeless sitting outside. My husbands catalytic converter got stolen off his car in the middle of the night. They have a huge roach problem here. There's zero management. General manager is a joke! Not professional at all. Take your business elsewhere."

"Arrived before the 3pm check in and the front desk agent had me upset in the 1st minute I was there..(Terrible Customer service.) THANKFULLY I find out that I was at the wrong hotel…When I got to the one I was booked in I was treated like a welcomed guest. My entire stay was wonderful. I have stayed at THIS one before but will never again."
