Waterstone Apartments 2111 Old Holzwarth Road, Spring, TX 77388

"I have been a resident at Waterstone for over 7 years. It is very upsetting to learn that Jessica was transferred to another property, and they placed an entire new staff in the office who don't know us. We have established a relationship with Jessica and its upsetting that they moved her. She was very knowledgeable. Also I want to say that the so called "renocations" were done so poorly and it is not worth the amount of rent we pay. The service isn't there anymore with Adara Communities since they took over this property. It's sad how bad it has gotten. I do not recommend this community the service has decreased drastically."

"From the leasing process and forward, the Waterstone staff provides exceptional service. They maintain the property grounds with care. Being a prior resident, moving BACK here, I am impressed with how well the property looks. Their apartments are spacious and updated accordingly. It’s also amazing that they care enough to maintain quality on-site staff. Jessica has been super communicative and helpful through it all. This is not something you see at many places. Happy to be a resident here!"

"This apartment complex will not follow the request of one of their tenants. He is currently in the hospital and simply desires the locks to be changed to ensure the safety of his items due to unforeseen circumstances. The management requested a zoom meeting to ensure that she was speaking to the tenant however she is now disregarding ALL attempts to communicate. Please be aware that this complex DOES NOT uphold the safety of their tenants and simply cuts the communication when they don't have an answer. Choose wisely folks, there are better complexes out here."
