"At first the move-in experience was great. Apartment was clean no issues, ect. However after being here almost 3 years the customer service care has significantly dropped. Maintenance is poor, not completed in a timely manner and not done thoroughly. We have AC issues constantly and they just bandage the issue instead of fixing it which caused us to pay tons of money in electric for a small 1 bedroom apartment. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"

"I stayed here for a year with no issues. Was always on time and never had a complaint against me. However when I left I was told by the manager Anita that my last months rent was one number and they sent me a statement that confirmed the number she gave me. But when I went to pay it she tried to charge me almost $400 more. She made up some excuses about the system not being accurate because of the storm in February but she gave me the same number out of her computer before the storm hit. Now they are trying to bill me for the extra but never actually sent a bill. Just sent a collection notice. I would not recommend this property as long as that manager is still employed there."

"This was my fiancé and I first apartment and for the most part we were very much satisfied! The homes are spacious and gets great lighting with the big windows. For an older apartment complex, it is a gorgeous, quiet community thats held up by the best maintenance man (never learned his Name, but he is Hispanic!). The residents are a more older crowd but it is not a retirement home. Before we moved in, former staff member Lori prayed for us and told us to call if we needed anything and made us feel very welcomed. We’ve been here for 2 years. Rent did go up about 10$ each time we renewed. We had a leak all year from the fridge that was pretty annoying and never got fixed after many maintenance requests. We were on the second floor and had some really noisey neighbors at night above us but it happens…their was only one break in that I knew of in the two years we stayed here. The worse experience I had was when we had a bad flea infestation throughout the community. I was getting bit every night and made countless maintenance requests but it wasn’t until after the winter storm, it seemed to be getting under control. During the winter storm, the complex helped people with resources to find jobs and food. The leasing staff are honest, helpful, and kind!"

"This apartment complex feels like home. My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are so thankful for the staff. They are always willing to help us if we need anything at all. With permission they will bring my packages and put them inside my apartment. That is going over and beyond in my opinion. I love Lori because she always remembers personal things about me and asks how life is going. She is bright, energetic and ready to serve. I completely recommend living here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes parking is a nightmare on my side of the complex. But that is to be expected with any smaller complex."
