"Tia at the front desk is great! She’s friendly and knows all her residents . However, poor maintenance of the grounds. We saw some red flags of water issues when we moved in but ignored them. We only lasted at these apartments for 6 months . We didn’t notice the mold until we moved out. We had several issues with water, from above and below. The ground is NEVER dry. We submitted handful of work orders and the work was sloppy. I had to throw out towels and clothes due to finding mold on them. Considering how much you have to pay to live here you would think they would take better care of there grounds/apartments."

"I moved in at Royal Sienna a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with my experience so far. Tia assisted me from beginning to end and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and helped me find a unit that has so far exceeded my expectations. The management in general has been a lot more professional than most I have dealt with in the past. All of my concerns and maintenance requests have so far been addressed promptly and courteously. The online portals are a bit clunky at times, but overall convenient for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests."

"Do not move to this complex. The complex used to be so nice and now it looks horrible. You pay a high rent amount and it looks like the ghetto. Grass and weeds have taken over the flower beds. Management never returns calls or respects your complaints. Management gives there friends free garages. There are abandon cars on the property. They pick and chose who to help. It’s a smoke free facility but the complex constantly smells like marijuana. You can send emails as they tell you they don’t respond. You can call and they never return calls. The sprinklers blast the cars causing water spot damages. This used to be such a nice enjoyable place to live and now it’s just ran down. This complex has gone down hill so fast and it’s a shame because it used to be such a nice place to live. Due to this review. And several complaints. Karen whom is in the leasing office called me regarding me complaint about her. Karen is a bully and is completely out of line. She is racist and is a liar. I think that the management team at the Royal sienna lacks management skills due to the comments and threats made. This complex is gone so far down hill and it’s not getting any better. Additional information August 23rd 430 pm KAREN now broke into my apartment. She did not knock. Identify herself or notify me she would be entering my apartment. Once she realized I was home she immediately shut walked out shut the door and played it like she was at the wrong building. I confronted her and she lied and said she was gonna call me to tell Me she entered by mistake. “Which is a lie” I call the police to report the issue and go up front to the lobby to wait and KAREN and BOTH TE’A become extremely aggressive and yell at me to leave and threaten me. The police arrived at 5:58 pm and hear my side. KAREN, immediately tells the cops to have me removed as she “fears for her life” my gf recorded everything inside. The police took the information and made a case. I will be filing and extensive report today with the county and have my attorney draw up a letter. Do NOT MOVE HERE THE MANAGEMENT IS the worst I have ever experienced."

"Royal Sienna is a lovely apartment community. We love this part of town and how much they’ve built up the area. We’ve been residents here for over a year and have truly enjoyed our stay. You are always greeted with a smile when entering the leasing office by Karen or Tia and management has always been more than helpful in any issues we may have had."

"Moved in July 2021 just renewed my lease for the year. Great location & bougie property. Having the patio yard is the reason I love this property! Having a place for my dogs was very important to me! Everyone is nice and love Ms. Karen in the office."
