"I have been on the property for 5months the apartments are quiet and safe. However, the appliances are old(dated). The apartments have roaches I had to hire an outside Pest Control to get things on the control inside my apartment!!!! The current manager Mayra is a witch she is rude and unhelpful.... she is very Petty and apparently trying to make a name for herself since the old manager who was very nice is no longer with the property instead of Mayra... worrying about how the outside of the property looks her but needs to be worrying about how the inside of the property looks with all these old appliances and roaches running around do not move here make this your last choice.... I have over 3000 followers on my social media page and I will make it my personal Vendetta to talk about every unprofessional thing that Mayra does!!!!"

She goes over and beyond to help and to make sure that everything is efficient. Daniella has been a great manager for the apartments."

"There is a togetherness in this apartment, everyone feels like family, it is neat, and maintenance gets right on the job. They always have nice management. Every morning I sit down around here, whether waiting for the school bus or just waiting on a friend. I love the apartment complex, but sometimes there is an increase in rent, that is the only problem, but I love everything about it. I feel at home here, and a good thing too is that it is opposite a church. P.S. I always love the apartment celebrations."
