"Leasing agent at the office kept answering and just staying silent after saying hello, had to call more than 3 times and nada, so had to eventually stop to obtain information that could’ve easily been given on the phone, just for her to show no empathy & give attitude saying she was speaking on the phone. Asked her what they had available for meet month, and without even looking at her computer just said nothing. If that’s how they are trying to get residents to apply, I can’t imagine handling maintenance or anything else. Hire nicer staff with good customer service."

"I lived here for 13 months and it was okay... My complaints: Had to deal with an overly noisy and gross upstairs neighbor (who thankfully eventually was evicted) for most of the time we lived there. The covered parking spot I paid extra for each month would always flood and get muddy. Even days after raining it would stay flooded which ruined the interior of my car. The playground for the kids has no cover so during the summer your baby can't play at the park during the day. And the BIG issue is that building 4 is infested with German cockroaches. I started seeing them the day after I moved in, before I even had any furniture or food inside the apartment. I should've immediately gotten my money back and found another place but unfortunately didn't have the time. I had to battle with them the entire time I lived there and it really gave me PTSD. The maintenance team did try their best to help me out by getting rid of them, but even with the exterminator the roaches were horrible. If it weren't for the roaches I would've renewed my lease, but I couldn't deal with how nasty it was. And I always keep my home impeccably clean and neat. I had to throw away my nice coffee maker, toaster, and microwave because they all got infested. The pros: The location is convenient to highway 90 and 6 which is nice. The apartments on the inside are updated and have nice flooring and carpets. The 1 bed 1 bath with a den is a lot of space for a single person or small family and had plenty of room for all of mine and my baby's stuff."

"I visited the office with a family member who lives at this complex. We had the pleasure of working with a new manager named Amanda. She was so professional. It impressed me that she stood up to greet us and shook our hands and was able to answer all of my niece's questions and resolve any issues she had. It is a pleasure to be able to work with someone who does such a nice job and seems like a great addition to their team."

"Very great experience! Touring was great! Assistant manager Tracee and Manager Amanda were very respectful, and had great communication skills...wasn’t rude very sweet. Also the support they give. I loved the management staff. Very impressed with the renovations and I would recommend anyone to make The Establishment at 1800 their home. BEST experience ever. Looking forward to reside here a while❤️."

"Stopped by the leasing office today after seeing the new renovations and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the manager Daniel is really funny and inviting. Tracee and Marcus are a great support and the team as a whole are doing great things. I have been in the area for over 20 years and I have never seen the property change this drastic in such a short amount of time. The owner should be excited to have them apart of this journey. Thanks for making me feel at home."
